PRIVACY NOTICE
Your ideas. Handled with care.
How this website handles project enquiries, contact details and uploaded files.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, Vertex 3D Engineering collects the contact and project details you provide, the files you choose to upload and your agreement to be contacted about the request. A limited hashed client identifier is used to prevent submission abuse. Platform hosting may also collect operational logs and website analytics.
How it is used
Your information is used to review the enquiry, discuss a possible project, prepare a personalized quote and communicate with you. An enquiry notification may be sent to the website owner through the hosting platform. There is no online checkout or automatic customer-email receipt.
Private design files
Customer-submitted attachments are stored in the application's private database, separate from public website and portfolio photographs. File downloads require an authenticated, authorized administrator. Submitted files are not automatically displayed in the gallery. Only share material you are entitled to provide; do not include information unrelated to your project.
Website and portfolio imagery
Images deliberately published through the owner's website-management tools, including original project photographs, are public. The original and supplementary studio illustrations are AI-generated concepts, not photographs of completed Vertex 3D Engineering commissions, actual equipment or certified capabilities. Any licensed reference photographs are identified and credited separately. See the image notes and credits. Private customer files are not published in the gallery, and a customer submission does not grant permission to publish it as a portfolio project.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information is retained to manage the request and related project discussions. Contact Vertex 3D Engineering to ask about your stored information, request a correction or discuss deletion. Legal or contractual obligations may affect which records can be removed.
Cookies and administration
Public visitors do not need an account to submit an enquiry. The owner dashboard uses Manus authentication and secure session cookies. These sessions are used to restrict access to administration and private files.
